Personal Data Processed

Through the contact form on our website, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, company/organisation name and any information you include in your message. We also use strictly necessary cookies (language, session, CSRF) for site security and operation. Exhibitor applications and visitor registration for the fairs are handled on each fair's own website; data you provide on those sites falls outside the scope of this notice.

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to receive and respond to your applications and enquiries, to carry out fair/event participation and visit processes, to communicate with you, to evaluate requests and complaints, and to fulfil legal obligations.

Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the Company, and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data may be shared only with authorised public authorities to the extent required by law, and — solely to the extent required by your relevant request — with our group company TAFLAN Turizm ve Seyahat Acentası for travel/event organisation. No data is transferred abroad.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and until the end of the statutory limitation/retention periods; once these expire or the purpose ceases, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information; to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, and to object to processing.
